Lindsay Clancy, the Massachusetts mother blamed for choking her three little youngsters to death, purportedly needed to have more children, examiners said.

Clancy, 32, is blamed in the January killings for 7-month-old Callan, 3-year-old Dawson, and 5-year-old Cora.
